Good Quality but Bad Service

I placed an order for personalised Collage Canvas and checked the shipping window before ordering. When I placed order, I got a message that it cannot be delivered by the time I needed it to be. I ended up paying $30 shipping on $49 item. It’s a rip off especially when the website gave the estimated timeline for delivery.
