Due to the fact that BENICEE products are personalized & printed-on-demand items, we will not accept returns.
However, do not worry, if there is an issue with your order, we will refund or send you a replacement. Please refer to our Reshipment & Refund Policy and contact us HERE, our customer service team is willing to support you.
Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spellings, names, the photo you attached & options carefully.
You are welcome to contact us here if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, orders only can be canceled or modified within 24 hours after being placed, as they are sent into production after that.
