Will NOT use this service EVER again! The memorial was for a family member in the passing of his mother. Ordered 4 days BEFORE the Funeral Services, rec'd 2 weeks later. NO note, acknowledgement that it was from ME, or even WHO it was from. I requested a short note be put in the package to let them know. NOTHING! Will not use this service EVER again!
