I ordered, what my son and I thought was gonna be a beautiful gift for his coach. Wrong, this company printed it crooked and still shipped it out. I contacted customer service asap, sent photos, and still got the run around. When I told them I would need the replacement asap, they told me I'd have to pay for priority mailing and it would take them up to a week to reprint a new one. One, if they checked there work before shipping, we wouldn't be having this conversation. Two, how dare a company that messed up an order, try and change a customer for there error. I wouldn't suggest this company to any friends, don't trust this company, not worth the money I payed.
