Really kind of disappointed. I purchased a framed printed canvas in memory of a family pet that passed away. The canvas was askew with some of the front wrapped around the side. I contacted Benicee regarding the issue. They asked for pictures of the issue which I sent and clearly showed the problem. They came back saying they needed better pictures. We just lost our beloved pet. The last thing we want to be doing is going back and forth taking pictures of something that should have been done right in the first place. Anyone who has lost a pet knows it is hard reading things like the rainbow bridge poem and scrolling through old pictures, especially at first. We didnt want to feel like we were losing her again so we decided to keep the messed up version versus fighting for a new one. Unfortunate...
